GENERAL INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE

9:15 p.m. - Senior Party Goers are invited back to the BHS cafeteria for check-in. You will be required to turn in your cell phone at check-in for safe keeping. Volunteers will collect, label and store cell phones and essentials (medication). Cell phones will be returned to you before you board the bus home at the end of the party. We will have counselors on hand for those that suffer from Acute Cell Phone Separation :).
9:40 p.m. - Buses depart BHS PROMPTLY. All students will ride the bus to and from the venue. No late arrivals will be accepted at the venue.
10p.m.-3 a.m. - Epic fun at your Grad Night Party!
3 a.m. - Students are reunited with their cell phones and board the buses for the return back to BHS.
3:30 a.m. - Arrival at BHS (approximate)

WHAT TO BRING
- PHOTO ID for check-in at the registration table
- COMFORTABLE CLOTHING and a swimsuit. Dress for an active evening!
WHAT NOT TO BRING
- DRUGS/ALCOHOL Upon arrival and while at the party, if you are suspected of using drugs or alcohol, your parents will be called to pick you up. Security will be onsite.
- PURSES, BAGS OR BACKPACKS You will be provided a clear bag to carry your swimsuit and necessary personal items. Cell phones and medications will be labeled and stored securely for the duration of the party. Please leave all valuables at home.
- FOOD/BEVERAGES There will be plenty of food and beverages at the party. NO PERSONAL WATER BOTTLES.
- MONEY Not needed. Your ticket covers all food, drinks, activities, and prizes.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Parents of no-shows will be informed immediately after check in that you did not attend.
- Covid-19 protocols: We will continue to follow OHA and venue guidelines. For the must up to date information click here.
- BHS Grad Night Committee is not responsible for lost items. There will be a lost-and-found table at the registration desk throughout the party.

FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
- A parent/guardian who needs to contact a student for emergency reasons during the party should call one of the Grad Night Party coordinators: Kristen Johanson: 503-351-2282; Laura Strickland: 503-260-2007; Angie Unruh: 503-890-5099.
- For the safety of all our students, we strongly encourage parents to provide transportation to and from BHS.
